  • Where: Berchtesgaden, Germany
  • When: August 2012
  • Why:  Berchtesgaden is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to, and I was thrilled to visit for the second time this past summer. Visiting Berchtesgaden is actually what made me take the initiative to move to Seattle — I love mountains!

    Beautiful! Reminds me a little of the beautiful alpine lake Issyk Kul in Kyrgyzstan.
